Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the 89fe website, located at https://89fe.cam ("Platform", "Site", "89fe"), and all associated services, features, content and functionality made available through it. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 89fe ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").

89fe is an online betting and casino information platform primarily serving English-speaking users in Pakistan. The Platform provides game information, payment education, responsible gambling resources and related content. All monetary figures presented on this Site are illustrative unless otherwise stated. Users are required to verify current offers, legal status, payment method availability and applicable rules directly with the relevant operator.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all Users regardless of the device, browser or method of access used to reach the Platform. Access via mobile browser, desktop or any third-party application does not alter the applicability of these Terms.

Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

Access to the 89fe Platform and all associated gambling services is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or who meet the higher minimum age requirement specified by the operator's license jurisdiction. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Providing false information about your age is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

4.2 Jurisdiction

Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using this Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 89fe does not represent, warrant or guarantee that the use of this Platform is legal in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Residents of Restricted Jurisdictions must not register or use the Platform.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. The creation of duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.

4.4 Capacity to Contract

By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that no court or competent authority has determined that you lack such capacity. You also confirm that you are not registering on behalf of a third party.

Account Registration & KYC

5.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full functionality of the 89fe Platform, Users must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information including but not limited to a valid email address, chosen password and date of birth. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of your registration details and to update them promptly should any information change.

5.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request — and at any time at the Operator's reasonable discretion — Users may be required to complete a KYC verification process. This process may include the submission of:

• Identity document: A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification accepted by the Operator.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence confirming your registered residential address (where required).
• Selfie / liveness check: A photograph or short video demonstrating that you are the person depicted in your identity document.
• Payment method verification: Documentary evidence confirming ownership of the deposit or withdrawal method used.

5.3 Document Integrity

Users must never alter, obscure, crop, forge or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. All documents must be uploaded exclusively through the Operator's designated secure HTTPS verification portal. Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes a criminal offence and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5.4 Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must never share your username, password or one-time password (OTP) with any third party, including members of the support team. 89fe will never proactively request your full password. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to support immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods

Available deposit methods are displayed in the live cashier section of the Platform and may vary depending on your location, verification status and current operator configurations. Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may appear in the cashier depending on current availability. Bonus & Promotional Terms

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotions offered through the 89fe Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• One welcome bonus per household, device, IP address and payment method.
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds unless the Operator's settings prioritise real-money first.

7.3 Abuse of Bonuses

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Finality of Results

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform system, it is final and binding. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed by the User after acceptance, except as expressly permitted under specific sporting or game event rules published by the Operator.

8.2 Error and System Malfunction

In the event of a system error, software malfunction or incorrect odds being displayed due to a technical fault, the Operator reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes. No compensation is owed for disruption caused by technical failures beyond the Operator's reasonable control.

8.3 Sports Markets

Sports betting markets — including cricket (Pakistan national team fixtures, PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals), football, UFC and other live sports — are subject to the specific market rules published in the Operator's sports betting terms. 8.4 Game RTP

Prohibited Conduct

Intellectual Property

All content on the 89fe Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of 89fe or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from 89fe.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 89fe, its directors, employees, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services available through it.
• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in Platform content, including illustrative figures that differ from live operator data.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or data.
• Any gambling losses incurred through the use of the Platform.
• Interruptions, delays or failures in Platform availability caused by events outside the Operator's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, natural disasters or regulatory action.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Responsible Gambling

89fe is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following provisions apply to all Users and must be observed at all times:

• The Platform is strictly for entertainment purposes. Gambling should never be used as a means of generating income, solving financial problems or recovering previous losses.

Amendments to Terms

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

For Pakistani Users: the governing jurisdiction of the Operator is as stated in the Operator's license documentation. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that the Platform is regulated by, registered with, or approved by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial Pakistani authority. Users must independently assess their legal position under Pakistani law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
