International Transfers
89fe's Platform is accessible to users in Pakistan and other territories. Personal data may be stored or processed on servers located outside Pakistan. Where personal data is transferred internationally, 89fe takes steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual data processing agreements that impose equivalent data protection obligations on the receiving party.
Pakistani users should be aware that the data protection framework applicable to 89fe may differ from Pakistani domestic law. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred and processed outside Pakistan in accordance with this Policy.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies
9.1 What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites function correctly, improve user experience and provide analytical information to site operators. 89fe uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage objects and session tokens) on the Platform.
9.2 Categories of Cookies Used
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for core Platform functionality, including session management, authentication and security. These cookies cannot be disabled without breaking Platform features.
- Performance & Analytics Cookies: Used to collect aggregated, anonymised data about how Users interact with the Platform — which pages are visited most frequently, where errors occur and how long sessions last. This data is used to improve Platform performance.
- Functional Cookies: Store your preferences such as language settings, display options and responsible gambling tool configurations so that you do not need to re-enter them on each visit.
- Marketing Cookies (where consented): Used only where you have provided explicit consent to receive personalised promotional content. These cookies help ensure that marketing communications are relevant to your interests.
9.3 Managing Cookies
You can control and manage cookie settings through your browser's privacy settings at any time. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Platform from functioning correctly. Most browsers allow you to block third-party cookies without affecting first-party session management.
Data Security
89fe employs a range of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to:
- TLS/SSL encryption: All data transmitted between your device and the Platform is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocols. The padlock icon in your browser address bar confirms an active secure connection.
- Password hashing: User passwords are stored using strong cryptographic hashing algorithms with salting. Plain-text passwords are never stored or transmitted.
- Access controls: Access to personal data held by 89fe is restricted to authorised personnel on a strict need-to-know basis. All access is logged and audited.
- Server security: Platform servers are hosted in access-controlled data centres with physical and network-level security protections.
- Intrusion detection: Network monitoring and intrusion detection systems are in place to identify and respond to potential security incidents.
- Vendor security assessments: Third-party processors are subject to security assessments before engagement and on an ongoing basis.
Notwithstanding the above, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed as completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, 89fe will take prompt steps to contain the breach, assess the risk and notify affected Users and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law and the specific circumstances of your request, you may have the following rights in relation to the personal data 89fe holds about you. To exercise any of these rights, please submit a written request to [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in any event within the period required by applicable law.
Right of Access
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data 89fe holds about you, along with information about how it is processed and on what legal basis.
Right to Rectification
If any personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that it be corrected or updated without undue delay.
Right to Erasure
In certain circumstances, you may request that 89fe delete your personal data. Note that erasure requests cannot override legal retention obligations (e.g., AML record-keeping requirements) or ongoing legitimate interests such as fraud prevention.
Right to Restrict Processing
You may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in defined circumstances, for example while the accuracy of data is disputed or an objection to processing is being assessed.
Right to Data Portability
Where processing is based on consent or contractual necessity and is carried out by automated means, you may request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
Right to Object
You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, including any profiling carried out for fraud detection or marketing purposes. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Minors & Age Restrictions
The 89fe Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. 89fe does not knowingly collect, process or retain personal data from individuals below this age threshold.
If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor — through misrepresentation of age during registration or any other means — we will take immediate steps to delete that data, close the associated account and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.
Parents and guardians who believe that a minor in their care has registered on the Platform or provided personal data without authorisation should contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Policy Amendments
89fe reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, our data processing practices or Platform functionality. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Where changes are material — for example, a change in the legal basis for processing, a new category of data collected, or a new third-party sharing arrangement — we will notify registered Users by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amended Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of and agreement to the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised Policy, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
